John and Mark got to be Y Group leaders and help
with Freshmen Orientation. They were paired together, as
leaders of a large group of Freshman,
and of course, had the most fun group!

Mark with his roommate Cameron Taylor.
Elder Lahtinen and Elder Taylor were in the same MTC group
both in Provo and in Peru. They served together in the
Peru Lima East Mission, but never as companions.
Jane and Duncan love going to the BYU Football games
John and Mark, back together again. This will be their only
semester together, since Mark returned from his mission in July
and John leaves on his in February.
The brothers are always the clowns. Always fun when they are around.

Mark had to have a new suit, after his mission. The one he had
on his mission was thread bare, not to mention he lost 40 pounds
and it no longer fit! Mark chose this one, plus a white shirt with
french cuffs and cuff links. He wants to impress the ladies. haha
John receives his mission call to the Arizona Tucson Mission.
He opened his call at his dorm. We are skyping on the big
screen behind him. He enters the Provo MTC on Feb 6, 2012.
John is really excited to serve a mission.
