Did you notice? Today is 8/9/10. Quite unique!
Did you notice? Today is 8/9/10. Quite unique!
Most of my pictures have been posted by other members of the family since we all attended the same events. So, I will post the ones that may be somewhat different.
We had our first ripe tomato on July 30. It was a grape tomato, but made us hopeful that we will have many more in the coming weeks. Today Dad brought in about ten of them that were ripe. This is Dad holding the first tomato. By the way, we divided it in half so we could each have a taste, even though Mom couldn't taste it any way.

Our front yard looks quite diffrent from the way it did in the spring. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to complete the project. Here are some before and after pictures.

Brent, Nolan and Justin came up to our place to get some lumber that was left from replacing our back deck. Justin is building a "fort" in the the woods down from their home. While they were here, Grandpa got the two boys to saw down a little stump just off the back porch that has been bothering Grandma for some time. They used a little chain saw that had to be used by two people. They worked hard and did a good job.

These are some pictures I took at CDA Lake when we all went. This is a cute little bathing beauty that was there and she let me take her picture. Bryan and Hyrum had fun playing in the sand. This a picture across the lake taken from the Pulsipher's deck

My thanks to Bryan for spending time helping me learn how to do the blog. Thanks to Julene, too, for waiting patiently while Bryan helps me. Thanks to all for the memories we are making.
